Our Cancellation Policy and Fees:
All clients are required to hold their appointments with a valid credit/debit card.
Luminous requires a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges.
When booking same day, any changes must be notified within 2 hours of appointment time to avoid charges below.
-Same day cancellation without rescheduling = Fee charge of 50% of your total.
-Same day cancel and reschedule = 25% of your total.
-No call, No Show = Fee charge of 100% of your total.
Holiday Bookings or Groups

$25/person deposit will be taken upon booking. Your deposit will be used toward your booked service(s) day of.
